This is a simulation for interactive particles, toy around with these tuneful particles. There are 12 different minigames to kick around with, they all produce their noises.

After you have downloaded it, extract the .zip file. İn that folder, you should see a main.exe or atleast a file called main. That is what runs the game. Don't take that .exe file out of that folder, it is dependent on the assets with its path, you might see a warning where your firewall discovers a virus, click "more information" and hit "run anyway".
